Return Policy for Everyoung.health

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Return To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return  To initiate a return, please contact us using the online contact form. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with the return address and instructions on how to send your package. Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on opened or used supplements. Perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods are also non-returnable. If you have questions or concerns about your specific item, please get in touch.

Returns on sale items or gift cards are not accepted.

Exchanges For the fastest service, we recommend returning the item you have and making a separate purchase for the new item once the return is accepted.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period For customers in the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, following the conditions mentioned above.

Refunds Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status of your refund. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing and posting times by banks or credit card companies may vary.
